Baby Massage
Come together with your Motherhood Bubble postnatally & learn the beautiful and powerful art of Baby Massage. During this 4 week course, you will learn baby massage sequences for different parts of the body.
Benefits of baby massage include promoting bonding with baby, increased relaxation & it may help with common infant conditions such as wind, colic, constipation & teething. As well as the social element of meeting with other parents, increasing confidence & building your postnatal community.
Come as you are, no pressure, no judgement.
Priority booking is given to Motherhood Bubble Graduates.

Hypnobirthing
The Motherhood Bubble Birth Prep Course is a face to face Hypnobirthing course for couples. I recommend booking the course with your birthing partner following your hospital booking appointment for the stage between 24 & 36 weeks in your pregnancy. Book early to avoid disappointment. A waiting list is available for courses that are fully booked
